Return Policy

  • You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
    • Unused
    • In the same condition you received it
    • In its original packaging
  • A proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

Refund Policy

  • If approved:

    • Or, a replacement will be arranged, if preferred
  • Cash on Delivery orders will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit, based on your choice.

Non-Returnable Items
